MidCity is currently redeveloping its 20-acre property, Brookland Manor, just off the Rhode Island Avenue Metro Station in Washington, DC, a site that benefits from an Opportunity Zone designation. The 80-year-old Brookland Manor Apartments will be transformed in phases into RIA, a mixed-income, mixed-use campus approved for up to 1,800 residential units and 181,000 square feet of commercial space.
