MidCity is pleased to present RIA, the centerpiece of the revitalized Rhode Island Avenue Corridor, situated in Northeast DC on the south side of Rhode Island Avenue NE, east of Brentwood Road NE, and west of Montana Avenue NE. With a groundbreaking scheduled for late 2022, RIA is a 20-acre mixed-use destination that will bring together an array of residences, an inviting new town center, local shops and retailers, pedestrian promenades, and green space via a community-driven design approach.

While preserving the historic fabric of the Brentwood Village neighborhood developed nearly 80 years ago, RIA marks a new era of growth and opportunity for Northeast DC.
