MidCity is in the entitlement phase of developing a highly-amenitized 360 unit residential building beautifully woven into the existing fabric of the Shaw neighborhood near downtown Washington, DC.
The Metro-accessible building, designed by award-winning architect Torti Gallas, will feature a rooftop pool, two private interior courtyards, a fitness center, interior common spaces, ample storage, below grade parking, and a publicly accessible court that can serve as a gathering place for neighbors and residents. Twelve percent of the building’s units will be affordable.
Delivery is expected in 2023.
