The Metro-accessible building, designed by award-winning architect Torti Gallas, will feature a rooftop pool, two private interior courtyards, a fitness center, interior common spaces, ample storage, below grade parking, and a publicly accessible court that can serve as a gathering place for neighbors and residents. Twelve percent of the building’s units will be affordable.
Delivery is expected in 2023.
