
Stephanie Liotta-Atkinson
Stephanie serves as Executive Vice President at MidCity, where she handles government affairs, public engagement, and entitlement issues for MidCity's development and asset management portfolio. She also oversees the community development team that makes social impact investments in affordable properties. Stephanie is part of the team advancing MidCity’s flagship redevelopment of Brookland Manor into RIA, where the firm has committed to retain a 373-unit Section 8 contract, relocate all existing residents on-site during the redevelopment, and make a substantial private investment in social services to support residents through redevelopment. Prior to joining MidCity, Stephanie served as Vice President and General Counsel for a DC-based development firm. She also previously worked for the Council of the District of Columbia, where she specialized in affordable housing and economic development policy. Stephanie serves on the Boards of Directors of Habitat for Humanity of Washington, DC, Shaw Main Streets, and the Community Services Foundation. She holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College.
