Monique Lim

Monique serves as MidCity’s Vice President and Director of Accounting, where she oversees all aspects of accounting operations and financial responsibilities. Since joining the company, she has helped establishing the company’s internal control, accounting policies and procedures, and automating the accounting functions. She also oversees the accounting and financial reporting for the company’s existing portfolio, as well as the development projects. Prior to joining MidCity, Monique served as the Accounting Manager for a private real estate company overseeing the property management and development accounting functions for over 3 million square feet of office and residential buildings. She previously also worked for a CPA firm providing auditing and tax preparation services specializing in the real estate industry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Management from Pensacola Christian College. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.
