Aaron Carter

In his role as Senior Development Manager, Aaron assists in all underwriting efforts related to development, and financing at MidCity, including RIA, a 20-acre mixed-income, mixed-use development. He supports all facets of the development lifecycle, from pre-development, through financing, and construction. Prior to joining MidCity, Aaron worked in both development and financial rolls at KETTLER, where he helped deliver over a thousand units, and managed the majority of the proformas in their development pipeline. He graduated from James Madison University with a BBA in Finance and a concentration in Portfolio Risk Management.
