Jesus serves as MidCity’s Vice President of Asset Management and is responsible for all aspects of the asset management function of the company. In his role, Jesus provides strategic leadership to create and sustain the value of MidCity’s portfolio. Before joining MidCity, Jesus was the Director of Asset Management at Volunteers of America where he oversaw their national multifamily portfolio of over 235 assets generating over $123 million in annual revenue. He has experience with properties financed under the LIHTC, HUD, and USDA-RD programs. Jesus is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP). He holds a BBA and an MBA from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.
