Sheri Jessell

Sheri established MidCity's southern regional office in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 1999. She currently manages the MidCity South office and is responsible for the asset management of most of MidCity’s portfolio. Since joining MidCity in 1993, Sheri has been active in the preservation and repositioning of affordable properties, including some of the first transactions under various HUD-sponsored programs. She is also actively involved in the acquisition, disposition, refinancing, and rehabilitation of MidCity properties. Sheri began her career as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Company. She has since accumulated more than 25 years of real estate experience, including lead asset management positions with several institutional companies including USF&G Insurance, Liberty Mutual, and the FDIC. Sheri holds a B.A. from Simmons College.
